Buying

Yes. Every device we sell is fully unlocked and will work on any UK network including EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three.

Grade A is excellent condition with minimal signs of use. Grade B has light cosmetic marks. Grade C has noticeable marks but is fully working. See our Grade Guide for full details.

Yes. All devices come with a 12-month warranty. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will fix or replace the device.

Devices are supplied with a USB cable and charging plug. Original boxes and accessories are not included unless stated.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. Tracked options are available at checkout.

Yes. You can collect from our store at 261 High Street, Bangor LL57 1PB. Select collection at checkout or call us on 01248 208520.

Selling

Visit our Sell page, select your device, storage and condition, and we'll give you an instant cash price.

You can post your device to us using any tracked courier, or bring it in to our Bangor store. We do not currently offer a free postal service for selling.

Once we receive and inspect your device, payment is sent to your bank within 1 working day.

We will contact you with a revised offer before proceeding. You can accept the new price or we will return your device.

Repairs

Most repairs are completed same day, often while you wait. Screen replacements and battery swaps typically take 30-60 minutes.

No, walk-ins are welcome. However, booking online guarantees your slot and means we can have parts ready for you.

We use high-quality compatible parts that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications, backed by our 90-day parts and labour warranty.

We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, iPads, and most other Android phones and tablets. Call us on 01248 208520 if you are unsure.

No. Diagnostics are completely free. We will tell you what is wrong and the cost before any work begins.
