Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is how our returns process works.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from A Star Mobile for a full refund, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@astarmobile.co.uk or call 01248 208520 to notify us of your intention to return.
- Pack the item securely, including all accessories and any documentation received.
- Send to: A Star Mobile, 261 High Street, Bangor, LL57 1PB.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Faulty Items
If your device develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion. Return postage for faulty items is covered by us.
Exclusions
- Items that have been physically damaged after delivery
- Items with signs of liquid damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior notification
