1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of astarmobile.co.uk and any purchase made through our website or in our store at 261 High Street, Bangor LL57 1PB. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All devices are graded and described accurately. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time. Images are for illustration purposes; colour may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices at the time of ordering are honoured.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable or where pricing errors occur, with a full refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Warranty

All devices carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or user-caused faults. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Returns

See our Returns Policy for full details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel an online order.

8. Sell to Us

When selling a device to us, you confirm you are the legal owner and the device is not stolen, blocked or subject to finance. We reserve the right to refuse any device. Final prices are confirmed after inspection.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or business losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
